照顾精神健康
很多人担心病毒。太多其他事情一定也担心的:健康,家人和钱。 但是你不可以改变事情,一定找事情给让你安心。 太多担心对你的精神健康不好。不是容易,但是重要。

我是很幸运,因为我跟别的人不一样, 我没有钱的担心,但是有的时候我还不舒服和孤独。时间越过越久, 我注意我的精神健康。这是一些事情我做让我安心。 我起床以后先学习汉语。 然后我知道我做完了一个事情。 我走出去,在公园和亲近大自然。 我关注虫子和花。我还买一本书学习虫子。我每天做瑜伽。 我知道那些对我身体好。 也我打电话给我的家人朋友。让我不孤独。
可能每天我不想做运动学习和那也还可以。
A lot of people are worried about the virus. There are definitely a lot of things to be worried about; health, family and money. But, when when you can’t control things, it is important to find things that can ease your mind. Too much worry is bad for your mental health. It’s not easy, but it is important.
I am lucky, because unlike many other people, I don’t need to worry about money, but sometimes I am still rather uncomfortable and lonely. The more time passes, the more I need to pay attention to my mental health. There are some things that I have been doing to ease my mind. After I wake up, I first do some studying. Then I feel like I have achieved one thing that day. Going for walks in parks, and paying attention to nature. I have been trying to look at the insects and flowers. I even bought a book to learn about insects. I do a little yoga every day. I know this makes me feel well.
And finally, I take part in phone calls with friends and family. This helps me to feel less lonely.
Maybe I won’t feel like doing it every day and that is okay too. But, overall, these things will have have a good affect influence on my health.
